S Reynolds
Wafa Sharif
Wafa Mohd Sharif is an ST4 Emergency Medicine trainee in the Thames Valley, currently based at Wexham Park Hospital. She is delighted (and slightly surprised) to be serving as the Research Lead for OSEM 2026.
Working in Emergency Medicine means she is used to chaos, caffeine, and making decisions in under 30 seconds which, funnily enough, also applies to a lot of clinical research. While research might not always have the adrenaline of a resus call, it’s just as vital to advancing our practice and improving patient care. Her goal is to help make research in EM more accessible, more collaborative, and maybe just maybe a bit more fun.
