Yoga Workshop
Dr. Helen MacMullen
I discovered yoga in my early twenties after years of competitive sport — drawn first to the strength and challenge, but staying for the calm it brought to my mind. When I stopped practicing, I noticed how quickly tension returned. No amount of running or rest could give me what yoga did: balance, clarity, and connection. After my first child, my daily yoga practice became a lifeline — 45 minutes of space just for me. It helped me stay strong, flexible, and grounded while studying medicine, working, and caring for a family.

Now, I offer that same space for others — a soothing yet empowering practice that blends strength, balance, and deep relaxation.
It’s a practice that complements every body and every lifestyle — whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or simply someone looking to reconnect with yourself.

Everybody is welcome. You’ll leave feeling calm, strong, and centered — from the inside out.
