GETTING HERE

There is NO parking available at the venue and limited parking in Oxford city centre.  The venue is central and easily accessible from the train station, bus station, and park & ride services (Pear tree and Oxford Parkway).

CATERING

The conference is fully catered with lunch provided and tea/coffee/snacks throughout the day.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements when registering.


POST-CONFERENCE DINNER

There will be engagement from numerous local and regional groups connected to Thames Valley EM through stands at the conference venue.  If you or your organisation would like a stand to promote understanding, discussion or awareness of an area interfacing with EM please contact the conference organisers.
